documentation necessary to make new materials for the Ca3D-Engine.
The included manual explains how new maps, textures, models, sound
effects, music, sky maps, or even entirely new Ca3DE MODs can be
created and used with Ca3DE. The entire Ca3DE DeathMatch MOD
source code is provided for educational purposes and as a
reference for MOD authors.

Hyperplay

Information: Hyperplay is a GTK+ multimedia authoring engine
designed for graphical adventure-style games. It plays a
pre-compiled script that is made of several scenes, and it can
keep its state in a saved file. Hyperplay uses the PNG format for
graphical images that can be lain on the frame window.

The Nebula Device

Information: The Nebula Device is a free multi-platform game
engine that currently runs under Linux and Windows. It uses OpenGL
or Direct3D to render and TCL/Tk for scripting.
Living C++ objects can be browsed and manipulated at runtime from
the built-in console, or remotely from a minimal terminal-based
console application. A powerful channel animation system allows
any floating point attribute to be animated, and specialized
animator classes allow things like real-time bone animation with
weighted vertex skin.
