PXES Universal Linux Thin Client


PXES is the micro Linux distribution allowing you to build thin clients or diskless workstations.
Hardware not suitable for other uses like current desktop OS can be recycled and converted into a thin client.

Hardware requirements

  • Processor: x86 architecture (i486, i586, i686, VIA C3, etc.)
  • BUS: PCI recommended (although ISA works)
  • RAM: 32 Mb recommended (16 Mb minimum)

  • Video: see supported card list in Readme
